Description:The EU-Jobrotation International Associations conference in Lille strongly
focus on good experiences. Actions taken by companies, trade unions,
training institutions or regional and local authorities.

The conditions for motivating to life long learning can be very differing.
The political and economical contexts varies a lot in the European
regions, but the work of Namal shows that a number of motivation factors
for life long learning seems to be in common, for example:
- Security and stability - Have a voice/beeing listened to -
Exemplarity -Attitude of the coach or trainer - Empowerment - Recognition
- Self help groups - Tough, feel and make approach - Self esteem – Life and job perspective…..and many more.

This gives background to believe, that a European effort to increase
motivation for life long learning could be successful. In Lille the focus
will be on real action.

Most members of the EU-Jobrotation International Association know very
well how important it is to improve our ability to motivate for up
skilling and life long learning. Wehether you work for a business
organisation, a labour market or a training organisation, these are key
issues for all of us.

The EU-Jobrotation International Association conference in Lille will
address a large number issues relating to engagement in to life long
learning, showcase existing examples of good and innovative practice and
inspire all of us in our attempt to make a more inclusive society in
Europe.
